This project involves replacing ten inpatient restroom Patient Care Units in the 6N ICU with VA-approved fixed toilet-sink-cabinet assemblies comparable to those on the 3N ICU. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials while maintaining continuous operation and safe access to adjacent occupied areas. Work should be phased to minimize disruption, with some tasks potentially required after hours or on weekends due to the sensitive location. The period of performance is 180 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Performance will take place in the 6N ICU restroom locations.
