Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This is a presolicitation notice for a Non-Recurring Maintenance project to replace underground water tanks by constructing two new 300,000-gallon pre-stressed concrete tanks. The project is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The estimated construction cost is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. A Request for Proposals will be issued on or about April 17, 2026. A site visit will be scheduled before the solicitation closes, with details to be provided in the official solicitation.
