Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This opportunity is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses to replace underground steam and condensate lines at the Veterans’ Health Care System of the Ozarks in Fayetteville, AR. The work is a Firm-Fixed Price design-build construction contract with an estimated value between $10 million and $20 million. The period of performance is 765 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, and all work must be performed without affecting medical center operations. At least 15% of personnel costs must be spent on the prime contractor's employees or those of other eligible SDVOSB concerns. The contractor must furnish all necessary labor, materials, and supervision to complete the project in accordance with all specified VA and industry codes.
