Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This opportunity is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses to replace and update wayfinding and signage at the Alexandria VA Health Care System in Alexandria, Louisiana. The work is a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a 5-story, 230,000 SF hospital building, with a performance period of 180 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. At least 15% of personnel costs must be spent on the prime contractor's employees or those of other eligible SDVOSB concerns. A bid bond is required with the proposal, and performance and payment bonds will be required upon award.
