Z1DA--598-19-112 Replace Underground 15kV Feeders and Transformers-NLR
This project involves replacing transformers, manholes, and splice/separable connections at the Eugene J. Totty (EJT) North Little Rock (NLR) VA campus. All primary voltages for the transformers are 13.8kV, and the work is limited to the manholes and items indicated in the scope of work. An additional site visit will not be authorized, and no organized library of manhole photos exists. The government will review issuing an administrative notice to proceed for long lead items, such as transformers with up to an 80-week lead time. Performance of services is at the EJT NLR VA campus.
