This opportunity is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) to perform a Pharmacy Physical Security Upgrade at the Jackson MS VA Medical Center. The work is a Firm-Fixed Price construction contract involving comprehensive renovation, including general construction, demolition, and multiple trade systems. The period of performance is 365 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. At least 15% of personnel costs must be spent on the prime contractor's employees or those of other eligible SDVOSB concerns.
