The work is a Firm-Fixed Price construction contract requiring all labor and materials to complete general construction and multiple trade systems, including leasing a temporary trailer to maintain hospital operations. The period of performance is 720 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The estimated construction cost is between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000. At least 15 percent of contract performance costs for personnel must be spent on the prime contractor's employees or those of other eligible SDVOSB concerns.
