This is a one-time fire damper inspection and testing service for 247 dampers on the Biloxi VA Campus, covering patient buildings 3, 30, 14, 15, and 25 and non-patient buildings 1, 2, 5, 19, and 28. Work must comply with NFPA, Joint Commission, and OSHA requirements and includes locating/accessing each damper, cleaning debris, checking and repairing linkages, replacing compromised fusible links/springs/handles as needed, and documenting Pass/Fail results. The contractor must provide labeled photos, red-lined AutoCAD 2000/Adobe PDF drawings by building, UPC labels, deficiency/repair lists, a formal Fire Damper Report on CD, HEPA cleaning, and coordination with VA staff and the local fire department. Performance is at the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System / Biloxi VAMC, with delivery to Warehouse Bldg 26, 400 Veterans Ave, Biloxi, MS 39531, Mon–Fri 7:00am–3:30pm. The service is to be completed within 90 days following Notice to Proceed, with a Period of Performance of 12/31/2026 through 12/30/2027.
