The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for automated Chemistry and Immunochemistry testing, using a Cost-Per-Reportable-Result (CPRR) pricing model. The BPA will cover instrumentation and reagents for 10 VA Medical Centers and 15 Outpatient Clinic Laboratories within the South Central VA Health Care Network (VISN). Performance of services will be at these specified locations, which currently conduct over 18 million tests annually. The agreement will have a base year plus four option years, with pricing based on test volume and including all equipment, supplies, and consumables. The solicitation is anticipated to be posted to GSA eBuy around October 12, 2026.
