The Department of Veterans Affairs requires annual maintenance services for ScriptPro Robotic Prescription Dispensing Systems and associated equipment at multiple locations. Services include telephone support, remote support, and on-site remedial and preventive maintenance under a firm-fixed-price contract. The contract consists of a one-year base period and four additional one-year option periods. Performance locations include Fayetteville, AR; Springfield, MO; Branson, MO; Fort Smith, AR; and Joplin, MO. On-site work must be completed between 8am and 4:30pm CST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
