This is a Sources Sought/Request for Information for the purchase and delivery of two Starling CMMST5 Noninvasive Cardiac Output and Hemodynamic Monitoring Systems. The services include delivery, installation, calibration, validation, and staff training at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System in Little Rock, AR. The period of performance for contract fulfillment is 30 days after receipt of order. This is a notice of intent to sole source, issued for market research to determine industry capability and interest. The government is not obligated to issue a formal solicitation or contract based on this notice.
