This is a total SDVOSB set-aside procurement for a firm-fixed price contract to replace and install fiber optic cable between two buildings at the MEDVAMC campus. The contractor must complete all work within 60 calendar days after award or notice to proceed. The award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror with acceptable or neutral past performance, with no tradeoffs.
