The primary place of performance is the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) in Little Rock, Arkansas. The period of performance is a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) arrangement. This is a notice of intent to sole source, and the government is not obligated to issue a formal solicitation or contract.
