This is a Sources Sought/Request for Information to determine contractor capability and interest for providing Remote Automated Laboratory Systems (RALS) for Hemochron Signature Elites, issued as a notice of intent to sole source. The services will be performed at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System facilities at 4300 W. 7th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas. The period of performance is structured as a base period plus four option years. The government is conducting market research and no solicitation exists at this time. Small businesses are encouraged to respond to assist in determining potential competition.
