This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Firm-Fixed Price contract to upgrade the Chapel Audio/Visual System at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas. It is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside, and contractors must be actively registered in SAM as an SDVOSB. The government will not issue a separate written solicitation document. A technical site visit is referenced in the attached RFQ documents.
