This contract requires a qualified diagnostic medical physicist to evaluate all x-ray and imaging devices at the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VAMC, including CT, MRI, and portable units. The contractor must provide a written report for each device, detailing its serial number and functional parameters, within 5 working days after each inspection. All equipment must be inspected at least annually. The location for service performance is the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VAMC.
