The Overton Brooks VA Medical Center located in Shreveport LA, intends to issue a solicitation as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside, for on-site Mobile Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Services to include trailer, equipment and labor for sufficient staff (during normal operational hours) to provide MRI services/patient access covering 7 days per week (7:00 am 7 pm; Weekdays; 8:00 am 5:00 pm every Saturday and Sunday depending on workload volume. Required staff will consist of 3 MRI Certified Technologists, 2 Tech Assistants/Transporter, and 2 Schedulers. The solicitation is to be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 621512. The size standard is $19 Million per year. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Anticipated solicitation issue date is sometime in June 2025 and anticipated date for receipt of offer is sometime in July 2025.
