Services to be performed in accordance with the terms of the include Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This soliciation is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Offerors must sign the Limitations on Subcontracting certification to be considered for award. This is a solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The base award will be unfunded and individual orders will be paid by credit card.
