Clarify that all CLIN 0001-4026 are all brand name or equal to products and the OEM for the CLINs listed is Werfen. Address the questions submitted in response to the solicitation question deadline of 3pm 09/09/2025. See below Vendor 1: Question: Would it be possible to provide the manufacturer for the items on the subject RFQ as we can likely assist however, I am not able to find the source? Government Response: The OEM for the items listed in the CLIN section is Werfen. Vendor 2: Question: *Page 72 of 128 of the solicitation, Anti-M reagent appears twice, is this a duplicate or is it required? Government Response: This was an accidental duplication. Anti-M is only one CLIN, not two separate CLINs
