A copy of the amendment is attached. Repair and maintenance of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) for the Central Arkansas Veteran's Healthcare System. See the attached Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for details. This will be an Indefinite Delivery Contract with five ordering periods. Fully funded orders will be placed annually with an estimated total amount for that year. Hospital personnel will place calls/orders for individual repairs and maintenance as needed.
