The Contractor shall provide all shipping and delivery for three (3) atrial rakes small instruments, 3 atrial rakes medium instruments, 3 atrial rakes large instruments, 3 aortic valve assistant small 3, aortic valve assistant medium, 3 aortic valve assistant large and one Isolator Synergy EnCompass, Standard. The instruments are components that are compatible with government own Atricure ablation system and replacements for the existing MEDVAMC AtriCure surgical sets that are vital for the physicians to perform surgeries. Small Business Concerns are encouraged to provide responses to this Sources Sought in order to assist NCO 16 in determining potential levels of competition available in the industry. Contractors shall possess the capability to provide all requirements and objectives. 7. Instructions and Response Guidelines: SSN responses are due by August 15, 2025 at 10:00 am (CST) via email to anthony.marion2.gov. All Questions shall be submitted by August 12, 2025 at 10:00 pm (CST) via email to anthony.marion2.gov. Telephone requests or inquiries will not be accepted.
