The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous, otherwise the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition. The space needs to be contiguous. Operations will be for outpatient clinic care and staff. The property shall include 30 on-site parking spaces. Offerors must provide evidence that properties are outside the 100-year flood plain. Term: 10 years; 5 years firm, 5-year soft term as a full-service lease.
