Add updated solicitation with CLINS 0016 - 0020 one-time Cleanings "EA" has been added. CLINS 1001 - 5001 the word cleaning has been removed. Cleaning is not to be done monthly. In the PWS on page 19 Section 5.3.1 the language "As a result of abnormal fuel quality, the tanks will be required to be cleaned. Approval shall be requested from the POC before cleaning is completed." has been added. To clarify this is an IDIQ contract with five (5) Ordering Periods.
