This is a Sources Sought to determine the availability of potential sources having the skills and capabilities necessary to provide services as part of its community-based Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) program. The HCHV program’s Contract Emergency Residential Services (CRS) programs target and prioritize Veterans experiencing homeless who are transitioning from literal street homelessness, being discharged from institutions, including those in need of medical respite, and who recently became homeless and require safe and stable living arrangements while they seek permanent housing as determined by the Department of Veterans Affairs, CAVHS 4300 West Seventh Street, Little Rock, AR 72205-5446. The period of performance will be from 1 July 2025 through 30 June 2026, a fixed price Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) with five 1-Year Ordering Periods.
