Clarify the background information as to the type of system being procured: An emergency radio communication system for the facility is required for personnel to communicate statewide via VHF Radio with ambulance and other emergency response entities. The current system is a VHF system and is very outdated and hard to get parts for. A new VHF system is needed to provide the proper signal to communicate statewide. To meet these needs, a VHF system must be procured with all components necessary for the system to send and receive signals statewide over the VHF state emergency broadcast system. Extend the deadline for responses to Friday, 09 May 2025.
