This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualifications of Small Businesses, including 8(a), Hub Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, and Veteran-Owned firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 333415. The Department of Veteran s Affairs is seeking small business manufacturer or distributors of small business manufacturers, and/or large businesses of brand name or functionally equivalent equipment in accordance with the attached DRAFT Statement of Work. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION. Please be advised that the Government will not pay for any information submitted under this announcement. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 333415 (Air Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing.) Responses due are to be submitted by e-mail to arlene.blade@va.gov, no later than 2/17/2025 @ 2:00 P.M. (CST). Email should contain the following information: Name of firm, Socio-Economic category of the firm (SDVOSB, VOSB, 8A, HUBZONE or SMALL and Large BUSINESS), and authorized distributor letter/memo information, complete address, phone, fax number of contact & delivery (ARA) time of equipment.
