VA is seeking to lease approximately 10,465 RSF of medical clinical space in Russellville, Arkansas for a 10-year Succeeding Lease. The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous, otherwise the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition with the current Lessor. The space needs to be contiguous. Operations will be for community-based outpatient clinic for Veterans. The property shall include 70 surface on-site parking spaces. Location: To be considered, space must be within the following delineated area: North: Parkway Drive East: Interstate 40 South: Skyline Drive (State 326/331) West: Hilltop Drive Offerors must provide evidence that properties are outside the 100-year flood plain. Term: 10 years; 5 years firm, as a full-service lease.
