This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (CSS) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. 2. The CSS number is 36C25625Q0312. It is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation is in support of a requirement for the MEDVAMC that is brand name Arietta 750 Ultrasound Display Monitor. The requested monitor must be compatible and integrated with the current Arietta 750 Ultrasound. The government anticipates awarding one single award, Firm-Fixed Price contract to FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation, resulting from this solicitation.
