The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous, otherwise the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition. The space needs to be contiguous. Operations will be for outpatient clinic care and staff. The property shall include 60 on-site parking spaces. Location: To be considered, space must be within the following delineated area: North: Three miles North and South of US 98 From Oleander Drive East to Front Beach Road (FL-30) West Boundary East: Oleander Drive East Boundary South: Front Beach Road (FL-30) North Boundary – 3 Miles North of US 98 South Boundary West: 3 Miles South of US 98 Offerors must provide evidence that properties are outside the 100-year flood plain. Term: 20 years; 15 years firm, 5-year soft term as a full-service lease.
