The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO 16), Houston, Texas intends to post a solicitation for Community Nursing Homes (CNH) within the catchment area of Lonoke County for the Department of Veterans Affairs Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS), in Little Rock, Arkansas. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 623110, Nursing Care Facilities (Skilled Nursing Facilities) with a size standard of $34.0 Million. The solicitation for this service is anticipated to be issued on or before January 28, 2025 and is available for download from the Contract Opportunities website www.sam.gov. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation. This notice neither obligates the Government to award a contract nor pay for any quotation or proposal preparation costs.
