DRAFT SCOPE OF WORK AND GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS For Operating Room Equipment and Service Lease Background: The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) Operating Room (OR) is requesting a new lease agreement for procedure of the equipment, maintenance, and service with option years for use by Orthopedic Surgery and Neurosurgery. This equipment must be compatible so that it is integrated throughout the OR. Project Scope: LINE ITEM UNIT OF ISSUE QUANTITY Base Monthly Equipment Payment Month 60 Base Monthly Service Payment Month 60 Supply Specifications Requirements: Able to be used as an integrated system throughout the OR Able to add/delete equipment throughout the duration of the contract Maintenance/service included The C&A requirements do not apply, and a Security Accreditation Package is not required.
