The space needs to be contiguous. Operations will be for outpatient readjustment counseling needs for Veterans. The property shall include 30 on-site parking spaces. Location: To be considered, space must be within the following delineated area: North: Springhill Avenue from East to West Boundaries South: Government Street/Hwy90 from East to West Boundaries East: Mobile Street from North to South Boundaries West: Hillcrest Road from North to south Boundaries Offerors must provide evidence that properties are outside the 100-year flood plain.
