Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, Central Texas Health Care System (CTVHCS) equipment located at Overton Brooks VA Medical Center (OBVAMC) 510 E. Stoner Ave, Shreveport, LA 71101, intends to issue a sole source contract to Omnicell, Inc. located at 500 Cranberry Woods DR, Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania 16066 for Omnicell IVX Work Flow systems. The contractor will furnish all necessary labor, parts, transportation, and equipment to provide unlimited customer service and support on Government owned equipment listed below and located at Overton Brooks VA Medical Center, 510 E. Stoner Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71101 in accordance with terms, conditions, provision, schedules, and specifications of this solicitation. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, lodging and supervision necessary to provide full remedial maintenance services for the Omnicell IVX Work Flow systems listed in this SOW. All work shall be performed in accordance with manufacturer s specifications. All work shall be performed at the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center (OBVAMC) 510 E. Stoner Ave, Shreveport, LA 71101. The VA intends to solicit a contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The VA anticipates awarding a contract on or about 09/05/2024. This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance which has a Small Business Size Standard of $34M. This Notice of Intent to Sole Source is not a request for competitive proposals. However, in accordance with FAR 5.207 (c) (16) (ii), all responsible sources that feel they can fulfill this requirement may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the VA. Responses to this notice shall contain sufficient information to establish the interested parties bona-fide capabilities for fulfilling the requirement, and include: Dun & Bradstreet Number, and the Taxpayer Identification Number, along with documentation that the vendor is an authorized service provider of the equipment listed. All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov. Interested Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) must be listed as verified on the SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database located at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov in order to receive contract awards under the Veterans First Contracting Program. A determination by the VA not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the VA. In addition, the information received from this Notice of Intent to Sole Source will be retained as market research only.
