The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous, otherwise the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition. The space needs to be contiguous. Operations will be for outpatient clinic care and staff. The property shall include 44 on-site parking spaces. Location: To be considered, space must be within the following delineated area: North: Parish Road 508 from West to East boundaries East: Parish Road 507 from North to South boundaries South: Westbound from Parish Road 507 to Southbound on Parkway Drive to West boundary West: From South boundary to Northbound on Highway 1 to Westbound on Magnolia Avenue and continuing North on S. Williams Avenue/Williams Avenue to North boundary Offerors must provide evidence that properties are outside the 100-year flood plain. Term: 15 years; 10 years firm, as a full-service lease.
