This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Contractor is required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Small Business Administration (SBA). SDVOSB and VOSB concerns shall be actively registered and verified in the SBA VetCert website.
