This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (CSS) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5, Certain Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The CSS number is 36C25624Q1104. It is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation is in support of a requirement for the MEDVAMC that is sole source. The government anticipates awarding one (1) single award, Firm-Fixed Price, contract resulting from this solicitation to a sole source offeror not to exceed five (5) years.
