This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 (eff. 05/22/2024) and VAAM Alert 24-10 (eff. 04/09/2024). 3. This requirement is solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System number is 337121 with a size standard in number of 1000 employees. 4. Place of Performance: Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System, 2200 Fort Roots Dr. Warehouse Building 182 North Little Rock, AR 72114. 5. Delivery Schedule: All equipment shall be delivered by 30 days from the date of award. 6.
