The National Contracting Office No. 16 intends to specify items peculiar to one manufacturer on a fixed-price basis: Medtronic, Inc. 710 Medtronic Parkway, Minneapolis, MN 55432-5604. The Contractor shall provide a quantity of 16 Nellcor GE Apexpro CH SP02 Cables in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). Medtronic, Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer of the required equipment. The Contractor shall provide the required equipment in accordance with the Draft SOW to fulfill this requirement for the Alexandria VA Health Care System at 2495 Shreveport Highway, 71 North, Pineville, LA 71360.
