Questions to RFQ 36C25624Q0914 Line 0015 - The bid requests a loading car and transfer carriage for the smaller AMSCO 400 sterilizer. They currently do not use a rack and trolley with their existing small sterilizer. Do they require a rack and trolley for the small sterilizer moving forward, or if it is an option to not have one, will that be acceptable? They will need the cart and trolley. Line 0018 - Disposal of Sterilizers only has a quantity of 1. Does this include disposal of all 4 sterilizers or just the small AMSCO 400? Line item 0018 is quantity of one disposal including all sterilizers being deinstalled. Line 0019 - Trade in Credit - Is this for all 4 sterilizers or just the small sterilizer? Line item 0019 is for all four sterilizers. Line 0022 - Install Labor for Sterilizer/Washer - It is not clear what piece of equipment this line pertains to as installation is included previously for each sterilizer. Is this the required General Contractor work (regarding electrical/wall modification work)? Line item 0022 applies to the Turn-Key Renovation work which is mentioned in the Statement of Work #3. Specifications/Characteristics. Nights and Weekends is included in the requirements but does not have a separate line listed. Does this need to be included in the installation price for each sterilizer? The service requested nights/weekends installation labor be included as some work may not be possible during normal business hours. This does not need to be included in all line items, since it is already included in line items 0011, 0016 and 0017.
