Vendor quote may be considered non-compliant and rejected if the Contracting Officer is unable to verify registration and certification status. The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) MEDICAL CARE LINE, 2002 Holcombe Blvd, Houston, Texas 77030 is seeking to purchase Manoscan ESO Z catheters plus one-year warranty at MEDVAMC. This solicitation is a Brand Name SDVOSB set-aside IAW FAR 13.5 and is open to all concerns self-verified by SAM and SBA as a SDVOSB. The government expects this announcement to result in a Firm-Fixed Price Single-Award contract.
