Lease Term: Twenty (20) years, Ten (10) firm. Delineated Area: To receive consideration, submitted properties must be located within the following area described below: Northern Boundary: City Limits of Bella Vista Eastern Boundary: City Limits of Bella Vista Southern Boundary: City Limits of Bella Vista Western Boundary: Highway 279 Note: Properties on both sides of the Western Boundary can be included.
