This is a solicitation to provide termite pest control treatment at the Alexandria, LA, Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC). The address to be covered in this contract is the Department of Veterans Affairs Main facility: 2495 Shreveport Hwy, Pineville, LA 71360, Buildings 1, 2, and 3. The contractor shall provide (2) times a year coverage. All services provided are to be completed by a certified, trained and licensed pest control operator (for termites) in any and all categories as required by the State of Louisiana. The required tasks, terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, and schedule of this proposal are listed in the solicitation documentation. The period of contract will be one year. The desired chemical will be the equivalent of Orkidor SC and will remain active in the soil for seven (7) years.
