College Ave., Fayetteville, AR 72703 has a requirement for instrument sharpening and repair services. The contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, materials, and expertise necessary to complete all work associated with preventive maintenance, sharpening, adjusting, aligning, straightening, refurbishing, calibrating, cleaning, stain removal, polishing, lubricating, adjusting, replacing, parts, of various individual surgical instruments sets, and operating room procedural instrument trays and case carts. This also includes the etching of instruments with stencils in complete and strict accordance with the resultant contract. The contract is expected to be firm, fixed-price for one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents on or about February 27, 2024 which will contain the specific instructions and requirements. The solicitation will be issued as a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS code 811210, with a small business size standard of $34 Million.
