The National Contracting Office No. 16 intends to specify items peculiar to one manufacturer on a fixed-price basis: BK Medical Holding Company, Inc. 25 Corporate Dr., Suite 230, Burlington, MA 01803-4258 (BK Medical). The Contractor shall provide three BK Medical Triplane Endocavity Transducers (E14C4t) for use with the VA s existing BK Medical BK5000 Ultrasound System in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). BK Medical is the original equipment manufacturer of the required equipment. The Contractor shall provide the required equipment in accordance with the Draft SOW to fulfill this requirement for the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center, 510 E. Stoner Ave., Shreveport, LA 71101.
