DeBakey VA Medical Center and Eleven (11 each) external Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) locations, in accordance with the Statement of Work. The purpose of Amendment A00006 is to extend the Response date/time of 05-03-2024 10:00 AM Central Time, Chicago, USA. The hour and date specified for receipt of Quotes is extended to 05-10-2024 at 9:00 AM Central Time, Chicago, USA. See SOW below. This SSN is for market research and planning purposes only, and shall not be considered an Invitation for Bid, Request for Task Execution Plan, Request for Quotation, or a Request for Proposal.
