The National Contracting Office No. 16 intends to specify items peculiar to one manufacturer on a fixed-price basis: ILC DOVER LP, 1 Moonwalker RD, Frederica, Delaware 19946-2080. The Contractor shall provide an ILC Dover Sentinel XL CBRN Cap 2 Deluxe w/MiMH Battery in Backpack and CBRN Cartridges in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). ILC DOVER LP is the original equipment manufacturer of the required equipment. The Contractor shall provide the required equipment in accordance with the Draft SOW to fulfill this requirement for the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System 400 Veterans Avenue Bldg. 3, Rm. 4A105, Biloxi MS 39531-2410.
