The Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks (VHSO) (VISN 16) has a requirement for service of fire alarm systems, wet-based fire alarm systems, Hydrants, fire pumps, dry chemical systems (hood systems) and equipment located at Fayetteville, Arkansas. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, material, equipment, tools, supplies, and related services, in accordance with the Statement of work (SOW) and drawing required for the service of fire alarm systems, wet-based fire alarm systems, Hydrants, fire pumps, dry chemical systems (hood systems) and equipment (scheduled and unscheduled), to include but not be limited to, repairs, emergency service, trouble shooting, ground fault repair, annual, semi-annual, and quarterly inspections. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents on or about December 17, 2023, which will contain the specific instructions and requirements. The solicitation will be issued as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 811310, with a small business size standard of $12,500,000.00.
