This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5 for Certain Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested, and a written solicitation document will be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-06 (eff. 11/06/2023), VAAR Update 2008-37 (eff. 07/28/2023), and Acquisition Policy Flash 23-15 (eff. 07/28/2023). Contractor is required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Vendor quote may be considered non-compliant and rejected if the Contracting Officer is unable to verify registration and certification status. The Michael E. This solicitation is a Brand Name or Equal Unrestricted IAW FAR 13.5 and is open to all concerns capable of approved FDA F-18 PET Tracer isotopes.
