McClellan VAMC (JLM) (VISN 16) has a requirement for service infusion pump software management services (SMS) located at Little Rock, Arkansas. The Contractor shall provide all software maintenance service on all Alaris system equipment currently at CAVHS. The services shall be in accordance with the tasks and deliverables as described in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall provide software service and support for all devices listed in the Background section. The Contractor shall complete all system enhancements and patching with clear communication and preparation. The Contractor shall communicate all enhancements and support activations required to keep the system running effectively to the primary point of contact (POC) or the contracting officer representative (COR). This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents on or about February 07, 2024, which will contain the specific instructions and requirements. The solicitation will be issued as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 513210, with a small business size standard of $47,000,000.00. All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov as of the date of offer submission and date of award. This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice only.
