This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services; simplified acquisition procedures apply. VA will conduct the procurement according to a combination of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C25624Q0009 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The proposed contract action will provide Support Licensing and Services for Nutanix and HYCU Platforms for the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center in Shreveport, LA. It shall include all Licenses and Support Services for all Nodes, along with Data protection and Recovery of all Nodes through HYCU Licenses, for which the Government intends to solicit competitive quotes. The contractor will provide services for a base period and up to four (4) Option Years (OY). Interested persons may submit quotes, and all eligible quotes must be received prior to the response date listed on FBO to be considered by the Government. This solicitation is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code is 541519 (Other Computer Related Services) and the size standard is $30 Million. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04 (06/02/2023).
